Project Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Project Management to join our team at Glatt GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project management strategies and plans to achieve business objectives
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop project scope statements
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar
