IHRE AUFGABEN
  • Unterstützung bei nationalen und internationalen M&A-Transaktionen, sowohl auf der Verkaufs- als auch auf der Käuferseite, über alle Phasen des Projekts hinweg
  • Durchführung von Recherchen und Erstellung von Unternehmensprofilen sowie Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Erstellung von transaktionsbezogenen Dokumenten, Investitionsmemoranden, Finanzmodellen und Unternehmensbewertungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Akquisition neuer Mandate durch Marketing- und Pitch-Präsentationen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Investorengesprächen
  • Begleitung und Koordination von Due Diligence Prozessen
IHR PROFIL
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs mit überdurchschnittlichen Leistungen
  • Relevante Praktika und/oder erste Berufserfahrung (2 bis 5 Jahre) in den Bereichen M&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Beratung oder Restrukturierung
  • Ausgezeichnete analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
