Deputy Residential Area Manager

Job Overview:

DRK Kreisverband Rostock is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Deputy Residential Area Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume leadership in the absence of the residential area manager to guarantee quality care for residents
  • Document and organize nursing work according to the principles of personal care
  • Optimize processes and organizational structures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide systematic training for new employees, trainees, and interns to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Offer guidance and support to residents and their families to address their needs and concerns

Requirements:

  • Completed nursing qualifications and relevant experience
  • Proven track record of quality assurance and improvement
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively with others
  • Desire to share knowledge and mentor other healthcare professionals to enhance their skills and expertise
