Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Packaging Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our customer portfolio in Russian-speaking CIS countries, excluding Russia and Belarus.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between our suppliers, customers, and business partners, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Source and procure high-quality packaging and graphical paper grades, meeting customer specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in international paper or other physical commodity trading.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
