Job Opportunity: Proposals Manager

iO Associates is proud to partner with FibreCoat, a leading scaleup in high-performance materials, to seek a Proposals Manager for public funded projects.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a structured strategy for acquiring and managing public funded projects, supporting the technical team with proposals, and ensuring effective communication with funding agencies and project partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for public funded project acquisition and management.
  • Support the technical team in preparing proposals for public funded projects.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including claiming funds and submitting paperwork to funding agencies.
  • Communicate with funding agencies and project partners, ensuring timely and effective collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to plan projects and ensure successful project execution.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative management or proposal management of public funded projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with funding agencies and project partners.
  • Organized individual with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Familiarity with EU and German funding processes is a plus.
