About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Homaris. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our team on-site and be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of our properties
  • Assist with the installation and maintenance of technical equipment and systems
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure the optimal performance of our properties
  • Collaborate with external contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance solutions
  • Perform routine repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
  • Monitor and maintain the condition of our properties, including the exterior and interior spaces
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Relevant trade qualifications and experience in a maintenance or facilities management role
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations as needed
  • Proficiency in digital tools and systems, including maintenance management software
