Regional Account Director

The Regional Account Director will be responsible for managing all social media channels for a designated region. This includes developing content and channel strategies, overseeing campaign execution, and managing digital projects. A key part of the role is fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring project deliverables meet both client expectations and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement and growth.
- Manage and oversee the development of content and channel strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure project success and long-term relationship growth.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
- Mentor and manage a team of Project Managers and Community Managers, focusing on their development and performance.
- Manage budgets, track costs, and drive profitability while identifying new business opportunities.
- Fluent in English, native German.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
