Housekeeping Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Professional to join our team at NYX Hotel Mannheim by Leonardo Hotels.

• Ensure the cleanliness and order of rooms and floors on a daily basis, adhering to high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Supervise and instruct external cleaning companies in the housekeeping area, ensuring seamless operations.
• Conduct regular checks of public areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve housekeeping operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Professional experience in a similar position in the hotel industry, with a strong background in housekeeping or a related field.
• Leadership experience is highly desirable, with a proven track record of success in supervising and motivating teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, guests, and external partners.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good language skills in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
