Automotive Electronics Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Electronics Project Manager to join our team at Star Cooperation GmbH. As a key member of our E/E development team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between various departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Plan, create, and track schedules and release plans in collaboration with E/E departments and cross-functional teams.
  • Test and Defect Management: Organize component and vehicle tests, and coordinate test and defect management processes.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Develop management-friendly presentations for regular reporting and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Information Gathering and Analysis: Collect information from various E/E development departments, interpret recommendations, and derive actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Vehicle Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. Initial experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of common IT systems in the automotive environment, project management methods, and independent work.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, confident appearance, and teamwork are essential. Fluency in German and English is required.
