About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Cofinity-X GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving and managing all sales activities, opportunities, and account information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to pursue them
  • Conduct technical demonstrations and value selling to showcase our products and services
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or consulting roles, preferably in the area of business software/IT solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities
  • Business fluent German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
