We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist (m/w/d) - Compensation and Benefits to join our team at Firmengruppe Göbel in Heidingsfeld.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Independently conduct monthly compensation and benefits calculations for employees
- Ensure accurate application of tax and social security regulations
- Handle reporting and certification to authorities and health insurance companies
- Manage employee entries, exits, and personnel data
- Support employees in all compensation and benefits matters
- Collaborate closely with the finance department and other relevant departments
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Your Ideal Profile:
- Completed commercial education with a focus on accounting and finance
- Several years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Deep knowledge of tax and social security law
- Structured, meticulous, and reliable work ethic
- Strong communication, teamwork, and service-oriented mindset
- Performance-driven, with a good understanding of numbers
