Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our Online Marketing team for Belgium and France as an Intern. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for creating and localizing region-specific content, recruiting and managing local community captains, and developing strategies to grow the community in Belgium and France.
Key Responsibilities- Localize existing content for the Belgian and French markets
- Create engaging content for newsletters, blog posts, website, social media, and our app
- Manage and grow the local community through community management
- Recruit and manage local community captains (volunteer supporters)
- Assist in support and customer service
- Excellent knowledge of French: As you will be creating content and managing the local communities, you must have excellent language skills
- Be motivated and ready to take responsibility from day one
- Contribute your own ideas and implement them independently with the team
- A dynamic and open team environment
- A steep learning curve and opportunities for growth
- A hybrid work model with 4+ days in the office and up to 1 day remotely
