About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team at RHI Magnesita. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Your strong technical background, combined with excellent communication and leadership skills, will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

What We Expect from You

Education & Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in technical project management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Work Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the refractory industry
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
