Company Overview

We are currently in search of a committed professional for direct placement with our client, a globally recognized retail organization.

Position: Regional Sales Director

Location: Euskirchen

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 8 - 9 hours daily

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in retail management, ideally as a store or branch leader, particularly in the discount retail sector
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Ability to make strategic decisions with a focus on financial efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptability, dedication, and a valid Class B driver's license
Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the performance, sales, expenses, and inventory across your region (approximately 10 locations)
  • Execute sales strategies and provide training to your sales teams
  • Oversee staffing in your locations and promote a collaborative leadership style, including scheduling
  • Manage product flow, promotional activities, and compliance audits
  • Maintain effective communication with corporate headquarters and sales management
  • Work autonomously and with initiative, prioritizing the financial success and welfare of your team
  • Exhibit high performance levels, adaptability, and resilience
