Der erfolgreiche Fußballclub Borussia Dortmund, bekannt für seine große Fangemeinde und sportlichen Erfolge, sucht zur Verstärkung der IT-Abteilung einen IT Solutions Designer (m/w/d) in Vollzeitanstellung (40h/Woche).
Ihre Aufgaben- Identifikation geschäftlicher Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.
- Entwicklung von skalierbaren, sicheren und nachhaltigen IT-Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung der strategischen Ausrichtung.
- Evaluierung und Empfehlung neuer Technologien zur Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen und IT-Systemen.
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung architektonischer Vorgaben sowie die termingerechte Bereitstellung von Lösungen durch die Entwicklerteams.
- Effektive Kommunikation über technische Entscheidungen und Entwicklungsstände an die Stakeholder.
- Entwicklung und Pflege von Richtlinien, Standards und Best Practices für die Systemarchitektur.
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Informatik, abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum IT-Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als IT Solutions Designer (m/w/d), idealerweise in einem komplexen Umfeld.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Softwarearchitektur, Microsoft Azure und Azure Integration Services, Datenbanktechnologien und DevOps.
- Erste Erfahrung als Team- oder Projektleitung von Vorteil.
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten zur Lösung komplexer Probleme.
- Offene Kommunikation und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
- Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Eine sich stetig weiterentwickelnde IT-Landschaft mit Möglichkeiten zur Mitgestaltung.
