Tourtainment Touristic is seeking a dynamic and engaging Tour Guide to lead our guests through the rich history and culture of Heidelberg, Speyer, and Mannheim. As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sharing your knowledge and passion for the local culture, and ensuring a memorable experience for our predominantly Australian and American guests.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver engaging tour content that showcases the unique character of each location
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
* Collaborate with our training team to stay up-to-date on the latest information and best practices
* Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless tour operations

Requirements:

* Fluency in English
* Self-confident and friendly appearance
* Ability to adapt well to different people and situations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
