We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Payroll Administrator to oversee all facets of payroll management and associated responsibilities. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with executing the monthly payroll cycle utilizing DATEV LODAS, ensuring the accuracy of personnel and timekeeping records, processing travel reimbursements, and acting as a primary resource for employees concerning salary, taxation, and social security inquiries.

Your responsibilities will also encompass generating reports, liaising with relevant governmental bodies, and supporting audit processes. Additionally, you will prepare payroll data for analytical purposes, manage employee benefits, assist with year-end procedures, and play a vital role in enhancing our operational workflows.

• Demonstrated experience in payroll administration with a solid grasp of taxation and social security regulations
• Proficiency in DATEV LODAS, SAP FI, and MS Office applications
• Familiarity with Personio is advantageous
• Strong communication abilities and a client-focused mindset
• Capacity to work autonomously with meticulous attention to detail

• Fluency in German and proficient English language skills
