Job Summary:

Michael Kors is seeking a highly motivated and organized Stock Associate to join our team at our Kurfuerstendamm store in Berlin, Germany. As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom, receiving and processing inventory, and supporting the sales floor with stock replenishment and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain the stockroom, including receiving and processing inventory, and ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Support the sales floor with stock replenishment and visual merchandising, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, including cycle counting and inventory audits.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless stockroom operations and efficient stock replenishment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or inventory management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
