Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Team Coordinator (m/w/d) in our Catering department at GROB-WERKE GmbH & Co. KG.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to ensure timely completion of all meals and coordinate kitchen production in accordance with Catering management.
  • Create and execute multi-course menus in the upscale gourmet sector.
  • Prepare and cook food, including hot and cold dishes, to meet quality and quantity standards.
  • Provide menus according to type, quantity, size, and availability, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Supervise waste disposal in accordance with regulations and maintain cleanliness and order in kitchens, cafeterias, and related areas.
  • Conduct goods receipt inspections and ensure compliance with HACCP regulations.
  • Serve meals at events, elderly dining, and guest hospitality as agreed in advance.
  • Coordinate and control kitchen production processes, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Lead and develop kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Document and control HACCP processes, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Assist new employees in their onboarding process.
Requirements
  • Completed training as a Chef (m/w/d) with a strong background in large kitchens and upscale cuisine.
  • Experience in leadership roles, with a focus on team management and development.
  • Knowledge of valid HACCP regulations and ability to implement them effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
