Job Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team in Tuttlingen. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A completed vocational training in a relevant field
  • Previous experience as a facilities manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to think on their feet and prioritize tasks
  • A valid driver's license (at least Class B)
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks
  • Conducting regular inspections and documenting findings
  • Coordinating with external contractors and service providers
  • Managing inventory and supplies
  • Providing excellent customer service to tenants
  • Maintaining the exterior of the property, including landscaping and waste management
  • Performing other duties as required
