YOUR ROLE
As an Account Manager (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and strengthening the connections between our clients and the organization. Your primary focus will be to ensure that clients' requirements are met while aligning with the strategic objectives of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for all commercial interactions concerning the designated accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to achieve growth objectives.
- Oversee all procurement needs related to your accounts.
- Relay critical product insights and feedback from clients to internal teams, including product development and marketing.
- Engage in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to facilitate new customer acquisition.
- Communicate updates regarding new features, products, and commercial terms to clients.
YOUR PROFILE
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the technology or software sector.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies.
- Experience with CRM systems, with a preference for HubSpot.
- The ability to manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, with the capability to engage with German-speaking clients.
