  • We specialize in electric operational safety and occupational health, serving over 5,300 clients across various industries
  • We offer customized inspection concepts based on German laws and DIN-VDE standards
Your Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Negotiate and close deals, driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Collaborate closely with our technical teams to provide tailored solutions to clients
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activities and performance
Your Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of business development principles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, with experience in CRM systems an asset
