**Key Responsibilities:**
- Independently complete localization testing in the region, ensuring seamless integration with global teams.
- Complete test cases provided by the R&D team and deliver reliable test results, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with R&D to resolve problems that occur during testing, leveraging expertise to drive solutions.
- Work closely with R&D to debug and capture valid log information, enhancing the overall testing process.
- Provide on-site support for users to resolve regional issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of designing and optimizing local-specific cases, driving innovation and improvement.
**Requirements:**
- Strong understanding of testing approaches and practices, with a focus on mobile app testing on Android.
- Degree in Computer Sciences, Telecommunication, Informatics, or Engineering.
- At least 6 months of experience in manual testing or mobile app testing on Android.
- Intermediate+ spoken English, clear written English, and knowledge of the local language.
- Familiarity with mobile phone operation and functions, as well as communication protocols and log analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
