About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Filter Media Developer to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our Industrial Filtration team, you will be responsible for developing innovative filter media and recipes for various industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and development of new filter media and recipes in close collaboration with our Manager.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate trials in production, pilot plant, laboratory, or external partner companies.
  • Optimize test parameters to achieve trial targets and prepare data for ERP systems.
  • Test raw materials, filter media, and samples from suppliers and competitors.
  • Develop analytical methods and propose improvements to existing processes.
  • Record and evaluate measured parameters, documenting results in databases and archives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in textile, nonwoven, polymer, fibers, or paper science, or a related field.
  • Strong technical understanding and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in German and English (B1 or higher).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Project management skills a plus.
