Administrative Coordinator & Junior Project Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator & Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) to support the leadership team in our Business Group Content & Solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing scheduling in coordination with participants and communicating with business clients or partners Preparing meetings and creating relevant documents, such as reports and presentations for both internal and external use Coordinating various events, including business updates or all-hands meetings, in-person, hybrid, or remote Overseeing various talent workflows, from applicant management to onboarding processes or welcome weeks Independently managing exciting projects as needed Participating in leadership meetings and gaining insights into all topics within the Business Group Content & Solutions Having the opportunity to take on tasks in operational teams based on your interests and passions

What you bring:

A successful degree (Business, Communication, or similar) with at least three years of professional experience Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, independence, openness, creativity, and assertiveness A sense of reliability and responsibility Curiosity and the ability to quickly understand the business, along with an overview of relevant goals, projects, and metrics A strong affinity for numbers and good technical understanding Proficiency in Excel and other common software Excellent presentation skills, with a passion for storytelling through words and visuals A knack for networking with colleagues across the company Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
