Was ist das Herzstück jedes modernen Geräts?

Richtig, der Mikrochip – das zentrale Element aller elektronischen Systeme. Etwa 80 Prozent der weltweit produzierten Mikrochips werden mit Technologien von ZEISS hergestellt. ZEISS ist der Technologieführer im Bereich der Halbleiterfertigung. Durch hochpräzise Lithographie-Optiken, Photomasken-Systeme und Lösungen zur Prozesskontrolle ermöglicht ZEISS die Entwicklung immer kleinerer, leistungsfähigerer und energieeffizienterer Mikrochips und prägt damit entscheidend das Zeitalter der Mikro- und Nanoelektronik.

In der Abteilung Optical Design Projection der ZEISS Sparte Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology entwickeln wir optische Konzepte und gestalten Optikdesigns für die nächste Generation von Projektionsoptiken in der optischen Lithographie. Mit herausragender optischer Leistung sichern wir unsere Technologieführerschaft und unterstützen unsere Kunden bei den nächsten Schritten in der Entwicklung von Mikrochips. Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von 10-15 Personen
  • Motivation und Entwicklung der Teammitglieder
  • Vorantreiben des Teamaufbaus und Etablierung der Gruppe innerhalb der Organisation
  • Planung der erforderlichen Kompetenzen und Ressourcen, um sicherzustellen, dass diese rechtzeitig bereitstehen
  • Effektive Zusammenarbeit im Führungsteam zur Gestaltung gruppenübergreifender und strategischer Themen sowie deren Umsetzung
  • Betreuung der Schnittstellen der Gruppe bereichsübergreifend und deren erfolgreiche Weiterentwicklung
  • Koordination des Netzwerks mit internen und externen Partnern und kontinuierlicher Ausbau

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium (gerne mit Promotion)
  • Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung in der (lateralen) Führung und Steuerung von Teams
  • Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Optik, physikalisch-optische Simulationen oder Lithographiesysteme
  • Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu motivieren, zielgerichtet zu entwickeln und die Gruppe zu einem leistungsstarken Team zu formen
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer Produkte und Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und externen – auch internationalen – Entwicklungspartnern
  • Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsfreude, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Geschick im Umgang mit Konflikten
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
