Become a Part of Our IT Service Management Team

We are seeking a committed student to join our IT Service Management division. In this role, you will engage in various projects and activities related to IT Service Desk operations and Management Tools. Your responsibilities will include enhancing documentation, training new staff members, generating analytical reports, testing new functionalities, and much more.

Your Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant discipline
  • Enthusiastic about IT with practical experience from internships or student roles
  • Skilled in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • A strong collaborator with outstanding communication abilities
  • Fluent in both German and English
