Motorenentwicklung Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Motorenentwicklung Engineer to join our team at WTZ Motorentechnik GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating motor development projects.

• Plan and execute motor development projects, including design, testing, and validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new motor technologies
• Conduct experiments and analyze data to optimize motor performance
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Proven experience in motor development, testing, and validation
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and combustion processes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in software tools such as AVL IndiCom, AVL PUMA open, and ETAS INCA
