About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to management on all aspects of HR, including talent management, employee engagement, and labor relations.
  • Support employees with HR-related queries and issues, ensuring a high level of service and expertise.
  • Conduct performance management and disciplinary procedures, ensuring fairness and consistency.
  • Prepare and support legal labor law proceedings, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with the works council to develop and implement HR strategies, including works agreements.
  • Lead the recruitment process for industrial and commercial positions, ensuring a robust and efficient process.
  • Conduct selection interviews and advise management on hiring decisions.
  • Develop and implement forward-looking HR and recruiting tools to drive strategic HR planning and talent acquisition.
Requirements
  • Degree in business administration, economics, education, psychology, or a comparable qualification with further training in employment law.
  • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Personnel Officer, with a strong background in labor and works constitution law.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor, works constitution, and social security law.
  • Initial experience in recruiting specialists and managers, ideally in the logistics/forwarding sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and good English language skills.
