Als Head of Commissioning and Performance Assurance Reflection Optics werden Sie für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung in Ihrer Gruppe verantwortlich sein und Entscheidungen herbeiführen, die stets strategisch und unternehmerisch geprägt sind.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Leitung der Gruppe Commissioning & Performance Assurance Reflection Optics in der Entwicklungsabteilung Surface Figure Metrology DUV & Illuminator
  • Führung, Coaching und Entwicklung der Experten
  • Motivation und Entwicklung der Teammitglieder
  • Sicherstellung exzellenter Ergebnisse in der Gruppe
  • Planung, Entwicklung und Vorgehalten von benötigten Kompetenzen, Kapazitäten und Technologien
  • Pflege von Beziehungen zu internen und externen Entwicklungspartnern
  • Arbeit im Führungsteam und Gestaltung gruppenübergreifender und strategischer Themen
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder mathematisches Studium, gerne mit Promotion
  • Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung in der Führung und Steuerung von Teams
  • Erfahrungen in einem der Fachgebiete Optik, optischer Messtechnik oder (opto-) mechanischer Inbetriebnahme
  • Komplexe Produkte eingeführt und die Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen koordiniert
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, Veränderungen erfolgreich umzusetzen
  • Mitarbeitende motivieren, richtig einsetzen, zielgerichtet entwickeln und die Gruppe zu einem leistungsstarken Team formen
