Sales and Service Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at ONLY Stores. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations to drive sales.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
- Contribute to visual merchandising efforts, ensuring a visually appealing store environment that drives sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
