About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing international projects in the finance and controlling area, working closely with the VP Finance & Controlling NET & SEMA on a wide range of topics and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage international projects in the finance and controlling area, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support management decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Center of Scale and Corporate Controlling to establish and professionalize standard reports.
  • Act as interface to the Center of Scale in Romania and India, supporting the organizational setup of analytics teams.
  • Manage the monthly information process regarding financial performance to the NET & SEMA management team.
  • Develop and implement financial planning and budgeting processes to drive a fact-based financial decision-making process.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of business studies with a focus on finance and/or controlling.
  • Relevant professional experience of > 2 years in complex, international matrix structures.
  • Excellent SAP knowledge (SAP S4, SAP ByD, SAP Cloud), with knowledge of Hyperion preferred.
  • Outstanding knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in Business English and German.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sound business acumen.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive approach and solution-oriented thinking and acting.
