Sales Administration Associate

Exciting Role in Sales Support
- Manage customer inquiries, develop attractive proposals, and nurture client relationships.
- Focus on acquiring new clients while ensuring the satisfaction of existing ones.
- Maintain an organized database to guarantee accurate and current information.
- Assist in planning events, promotional activities, and represent the organization at industry exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities
Take charge of the complete process from initial inquiries to follow-up communications with clients, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
Strategic Contribution
- Aid management in reaching strategic objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to drive success.
- Oversee order processing to facilitate seamless operations.
- Partner with technical designers to create customized solutions for clients.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of commercial training is essential.
- Experience in sales is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Office applications is necessary.
- Must possess an independent, organized, and results-driven work approach.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is required.
