Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Fullstack Developer who is enthusiastic about speech recognition (ASR), natural language processing (NLP), and natural language understanding (NLU). You will be an integral part of our development team, working in either Dresden or Leipzig, to advance our ASR, NLP, and NLU systems and applications. Your contributions will be vital in transitioning our algorithms into practical applications.

Key Responsibilities

As a Fullstack Developer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating within an interdisciplinary team to conceptualize, design, and develop applications and interfaces.
  • Managing software projects in an agile setting, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Developing and optimizing ASR, NLP, and NLU systems to enhance user experience.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in computer science, natural sciences, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in software development with proficiency in both backend and frontend technologies, including Python, C++, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • A solid understanding of web and microservice architectures, including REST APIs and webRTC.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Experience with development tools such as Git, CI/CD, and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical skills, a proactive learning attitude, and initiative.
  • Proficient written and spoken English communication skills.
