Job Title: Senior Manager, Project Management and Delivery

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Project Management and Delivery to join our team at Technical Global Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale enterprise projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, project sponsors, and vendors, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to minimize potential impacts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers.
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality results.
  • Conduct regular project status updates, ensuring that stakeholders are informed of progress, issues, and changes.
  • Develop and implement lessons learned, best practices, and process improvements to enhance project delivery and organizational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of project management principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • PMI (Project Management Institute) – PMP (Project Management Professional) certification highly desired.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, electrical engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in IT fit-out or construction-related project management.
