Digitalization Student Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Finance and Controlling team in evaluating current operational workflows and pinpointing areas for enhancement and digital advancement.
• Design and execute strategies for the standardization, automation, and digital transformation of business processes.
• Help in the selection and deployment of software applications.
• Facilitate training sessions and provide support to staff in the adoption of new methodologies and tools.
• Document and oversee modifications in processes, ensuring ongoing optimization and adjustment.

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business Informatics or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Dataflows, and RPA technologies.
• Strong affinity for IT and a keen interest in digital innovation, process automation, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Previous experience with Business Process Management, Decision Management, and Process Mining tools is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities, with a methodical and diligent work ethic.
