Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a wide range of technical documents, including user manuals, knowledge base articles, application notes, and technical notes, that are clear, concise, and easy to understand.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and other teams to ensure that technical content meets the needs of our target audience and aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
- Independently gather and analyze complex technical information related to embedded hardware and software, such as schematics, specifications, and product samples.
- Transfer technical information into user-friendly documents, adhering to our established style guide and processes for consistency and quality.
- Ensure timely completion of projects, managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
- Studies in computer science, electrical engineering, information technology, technical writing, or a related field.
- Ability to write and describe complex technical topics clearly, precisely, and concisely, with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience in technical writing is preferred, with familiarity with tools such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and MediaWiki considered a bonus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
