Zur Verstärkung unseres Regulatory-Teams suchen wir Junior Legal Counsel (m/w/d).

Im Bereich Regulatory beraten wir nationale und internationale Banken, Investmentgesellschaften sowie Wertpapierdienstleister im Bereich des Aufsichtsrechts.

Unser Beratungsspektrum fokussiert sich insbesondere auf die:

  • Bereiche des Bank-, Versicherungs-, Wertpapier-, Investment- und Zahlungsdiensteaufsichtsrechts,
  • Umsetzung von Regulatory Change-Projekten aus sowohl öffentlich- als auch zivilrechtlicher Perspektive,
  • Strukturierung und Begleitung von Investmentvehikeln, insbesondere Immobilien-, Infrastruktur- Private Equity- und Darlehensfonds,
  • Betreuung von (Erlaubnis-)Verfahren gegenüber Aufsichtsbehörden,
  • digitale Transformation von Geschäftsmodellen innerhalb regulatorischer Rahmenbedingungen,
  • laufende Beratung zu Compliance- und Geldwäsche-Themen.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie sind Berufseinsteiger oder haben bereits erste Berufserfahrung gesammelt.
  • Sie verfügen über überdurchschnittliche juristische Staatsexamina.
  • Ihre Englischkenntnisse haben Sie idealerweise im Rahmen eines Auslandsaufenthalts vertieft.
  • Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.
  • Sie arbeiten gerne im Team, sind kommunikativ und verfügen über ein souveränes Auftreten.
  • Sie haben den Wunsch, etwas eigenständig gestalten zu wollen.
