Head of Sourcing Indirect Germany

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Sourcing Indirect Germany to join our team at Negotiation Advisory Group GmbH. As a leading provider of negotiation advisory services in Europe, we are looking for a professional with extensive procurement experience, particularly in assigned category clusters.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement category strategies in close collaboration with local functional leaders and the Global Procurement Team.
- Drive the Salix and Pre-Sourcing Process, ensuring alignment with functional leaders on country level.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve procurement goals and objectives.
- Develop and lead Sourcing Managers and/or Sourcing Specialists within assigned category clusters.
- Extensive procurement experience, especially in assigned category clusters.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think and act globally, representing the interests of the Group.
