Senior Product Owner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Owner to join our Product Management team at TeamViewer. As a key member of our agile Scrum team, you will be responsible for leading and championing product initiatives from requirements gathering to release.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of product initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer challenges and needs, translating them into cutting-edge product innovations.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, engineers, and QA teams to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Gather requirements from Product Management and stakeholders, converting them into user stories and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure development team members understand the product vision and goals, supporting them in coming up with solutions.
  • Advise stakeholders on commercial and technical factors, making recommendations to drive business success.
  • Stay curious, questioning the status quo, and pushing boundaries to drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Information Technology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, software development, or quality assurance.
  • Strategic mindset, capable of aligning initiatives with the product vision and strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, leading by example in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to advise stakeholders on commercial and technical factors, making recommendations to drive business success.
  • Solution-oriented, flexible, and able to respond effectively to shifting priorities and demands.
  • Curious attitude, questioning the status quo, and pushing boundaries to drive innovation.
