Key Responsibilities
- High-Level Consulting: Provide strategic legal advice to executives in the Customer and Sales department, contributing to the company's successful management.
- Specialization and Expertise: Focus on areas such as Labor Law, Commercial Agents Law, Brokerage Law, Sales Law, and Competition Law, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.
- Compliance and Legal Monitoring: Identify and address compliance issues, staying up-to-date on law and jurisprudence changes to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Participate in cross-departmental projects to foster networking and exchange within R+V.
- Knowledge Transfer: Design and conduct legal training for field management and sales administration staff, enhancing their skills and contributing to the company's development.
- Career Opportunity: Potential role as an In-House Counsel with further development prospects.
Requirements
- Reputable Education: Completion of the 2nd state examination in law with solid knowledge in Labor Law or Sales Law. Ideally, experience with compliance matters.
- Effective Communication: Team-oriented consultant with a confident demeanor, diplomatic finesse, and negotiation skills.
- Precise and Understandable: Ability to explain legal matters and solutions effectively to non-legal professionals.
- Organizational Skills: Decisiveness and a preference for autonomous work are distinguishing traits.
