We are seeking a skilled Mechanic | Locksmith to join our team as a Service Technician for Hydroelectric Power Plants.

About the Role:

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of hydroelectric power plants. This will include performing routine inspections and maintenance tasks, as well as troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on hydroelectric power plants
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the power plant
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal plant performance
• Conduct training and coaching for junior technicians

Requirements:

• Completed apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade (e.g. locksmith, mechanic, industrial mechanic)
• Proven experience in a similar role or industry
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Valid driver's license
