Join our esteemed firm, Rödl & Partner, as we seek a proficient tax professional to enhance our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a deep understanding of tax regulations and a desire to work alongside international businesses. Your expertise will be pivotal in delivering extensive tax assistance, contributing to financial disclosures, and preparing tax forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough tax assistance for both domestic and global enterprises
  • Support financial reporting in accordance with national and international accounting principles
  • Calculate current and deferred tax liabilities
  • Prepare and implement tax reporting and forecasts
  • Engage with tax authorities and external advisors
  • Advise various departments on tax-related issues and process enhancements
  • Participate in tax audits and optimization initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to tax regulations and develop tax risk management frameworks
  • Independently draft opinions on tax matters
  • Work on a variety of tasks related to tax structuring and international tax legislation

Qualifications:

  • Certified tax advisor with a background in Tax Accounting and Reporting
  • In-depth knowledge of German and international tax legislation
  • Experience with ERP systems, consolidation tools, and MS Office
  • Familiarity with tax software solutions
  • Genuine interest in tax law and digital transformation
  • Proactive, analytical mindset, strong teamwork abilities, and a methodical approach to work
