Key Responsibilities- Oversee the entire bidding process from initial preparation to final submission
- Develop detailed proposals for public sector clients
- Work collaboratively with various teams, including product management and marketing, to bolster the sales efforts
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and meet deadlines
- Degree in business administration, business informatics, or equivalent commercial training
- Proven experience in project management or bid management
- Strong understanding of commercial and IT concepts along with analytical capabilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German
- Job security and stability with public sector clients in a permanent role
