About the Apprenticeship Program

Our apprenticeship program is designed to provide you with a solid foundation in gastronomy, including the preparation of food and drinks, customer service, and team management. You'll receive comprehensive training at our state-of-the-art training centers in Berlin, Hamburg, Offenbach, and Munich, where you'll learn from experienced professionals and develop valuable skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food and drinks to high standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
• Assist with inventory management and stock control

• Develop skills in leadership and management, including shift management and restaurant leadership

Requirements

• Age 15 or older with consent of legal guardians
• Secondary school certificate or equivalent
• Good grades in German, English, and Math
• Attentive and quick to learn new things
• Service-oriented, positive, and friendly
• Proactive and hands-on
• Sense of responsibility and organizational skills
