Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic for Maintenance and Repair to join our team at I. K. Hofmann. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hydraulic systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in the preparation and execution of sawing work for hydraulic hoses and components
  • Assembly of hydraulic hoses and fittings according to specified instructions
  • Assistance in operating press machines for the production of hydraulic connections
  • Quality control during the assembly process
  • Collaboration in the packaging and shipping preparation of finished products
  • Maintenance of the work environment and tools used
  • A completed technical apprenticeship as a mechanic, industrial mechanic or similar designation
  • Good knowledge of German language
  • Technical understanding for complex machines
  • Manual skills and precision
  • Problem-solving skills and error analysis
