Wir suchen eine erfahrene Beauty Expert für unsere Parfümerie in Köln. Als Teil unseres internationalen Unternehmens werden Sie Teil eines starken Teams und haben die Möglichkeit, Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse in der Luxus-Verkaufsbranche zu entwickeln.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Aktive Kundenansprache und ausführliche Kundenberatung unter konsistentem Einsatz unserer Service-Rituale
  • Kompetente Beratung in allen Warengruppen, Marken- und Produktneuheiten
  • Du bewirbst aktiv unsere aktuellen Kampagnen und Promotionen und wendest dabei verkaufsunterstützende Tools an
  • Du übertriffst die Erwartungen des Kunden durch Leidenschaft in Service und Beratung
  • Mitverantwortung für Wareneingang, Lagerhaltung und Produktpräsentation sowie Servicelagerbestellungen
  • Abwicklung eines kundenorientierten, reibungslosen Kassiervorgangs inkl. Verpacken, Umtausch und Reklamationsbearbeitung
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Einzelhandels-, Service- oder Dienstleistungsbereich
  • Erfahrungen in der Beauty- oder Fashion-Branche von Vorteil
  • Leidenschaft für Kundenberatung und Verkauf
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und Teamstärke
  • Die Eigeninitiative, dein Wissen über Produkte, Neuheiten und Trends in allen Warengruppen stetig weiterzuentwickeln
  • Positive Ausstrahlung, Aufgeschlossenheit und Proaktivität in der Kundenansprache
  • Empathische und freundliche Kommunikationsweise
  • Großes Interesse an Lifestyle und aktuellen Trends
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PCs
