• Qualifications as a Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.

• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferably with a company car scheme).
