Der Geschäftsbereich Bosch Building Technologies ist ein global führender Anbieter von Systemen, Lösungen und Dienstleistungen, die die Sicherheit von Menschen sowie von Gebäuden und Vermögenswerten erhöhen und gleichzeitig zu mehr Komfort, Energieeffizienz und Nachhaltigkeit beitragen.
Der Bereich gliedert sich in das internationale Produktgeschäft sowie das regionale Systemintegrationsgeschäft. Aktuell sollen die drei Produktbereiche Videosysteme, Zutrittskontroll- & Einbruchmeldesysteme und Kommunikationssysteme sowie die dazugehörigen Querschnittsfunktionen innerhalb des Geschäftsbereiches als eigenständige Einheit aufgestellt und anschließend durch einen neuen Eigentümer als nachhaltiges Kerngeschäft weiterentwickelt werden.
- Internationale und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Als Financial Operations Specialist (w/m/div.) werden Sie Teil der neu gegründeten Gesellschaft und arbeiten in einem global vernetzten Team von etwa 4300 Kolleginnen und Kollegen in über 50 Ländern.
- Gestaltungsfreiraum und Entwicklungschancen: Während der Neuaufstellungsphase sowie in der Zukunft erwarten Sie spannende Aufgaben und vielfältige persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten in einem dynamischen Team und einem hochattraktiven Marktumfeld.
- Aufgaben: Sie sind verantwortlich für die Durchführung externer und konzerninterner Darlehenstransaktionen zur Steuerung der kurz- und langfristigen Liquidität der Gruppe. Dabei stellen Sie sicher, dass diese im Rahmen bestehender Kreditlinien, Limits und Richtlinien erfolgen.
- Sie gewährleisten die zeitnahe und regelmäßige Erstellung des Finanzstatus und der Liquiditätsvorschau. Dazu führen Sie Plausibilitätsprüfungen, Plan-Ist-Vergleiche durch, geben aussagekräftige Kommentare ab und erstellen periodische Managementberichte sowie Ad-hoc-Analysen.
- Sie sind für das Marktrisikomanagement verantwortlich, einschließlich der Messung von Währungsrisiken, der Entwicklung von Absicherungsstrategien im Rahmen von Richtlinien und Limits sowie der Durchführung von Absicherungsgeschäften nach Bedarf.
- Sie agieren als Berater und Geschäftspartner für das Finanzierungs- und Treasury-Risikomanagement innerhalb des Unternehmens.
- Zuletzt unterstützen Sie den Leiter der Finanzabteilung und den Treasury Specialist für Cash Management und Treasury-Systeme bei ihren Aufgaben.
- Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Informatik oder Mathematik mit Schwerpunkt Finanzierung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erfahrungen und Know-how: Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung und/oder ausgeprägte Motivation sowie persönliche Fähigkeiten. Herausragende Auffassungsgabe und Lernfähigkeit.
- Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Strukturierte, analytische Denkweise gepaart mit einem hohen Maß an Selbständigkeit, Zielorientierung und Durchsetzungsvermögen. Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit internen und externen Partnern.
- Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
