Key Responsibilities- Serve as a subject matter expert for intricate ERP solutions and workflows in sectors such as E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Services, or Finance.
- Manage and execute ERP implementation projects independently, particularly utilizing Odoo.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing consistent support and managing escalations effectively.
- Oversee the development of software customizations and internal products to meet client needs.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and change management efforts for clients, ensuring seamless transitions and successful project delivery.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year as an ERP key user, ERP Consultant, or IT Consultant.
- Familiarity with business IT and processes across various domains, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, SaaS, or Finance.
- A degree in a business or IT-related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and a high level of commitment.
- A genuine interest in tackling challenging projects and developing intelligent solutions.
- Fluency in English and German at a C1 level is essential.
